TOKYO, JAPAN January 29, 2010 /Gadgets PR News/ -- Ubiquitous Entertainment Inc. (UEI, Head Office:
Bunkyo, Tokyo. CEO: Ryo Shimizu) announced the redesign of the iPhone/iPod
touch applications, "ZeptoPad," "Zeptoliner," and "iShodo" for the iPad, released
by Apple Inc. on 28th January (JST). In addition, UEI announced the decision to
develop more content for the iPad as well as to recruit more developers for iPad/
iPhone projects.
-About the Research for iPad Project:
UEI is developing applications which focus on the computer as the next generation
in the evolution of stationary. UEI is developing software for many platforms, and
continues to focus on devices with multi-touch support such as the iPhone. UEI
believes in the iPad's potential to change people's lifestyle and is planning to
launch several new projects for the iPad. For the iPad, UEI is developing new
applications and redesigning the existing applications for the iPhone/ iPod touch:
"ZeptoPad," a white-board application, "Zeptoliner," an outliner processor, and
"iShodo," a calligraphy simulator.

The iPad is a tablet type PC released by Apple Inc. on 28th January 2010 (JST) and
compatible with the iPhone. The iPad's 9.7 inches screen size and 1024 ~ 768
resolution are bigger than those of the iPhone and perfectly suited for UEI's next
generation stationery projects.
UEI's Products for the iPad:
-ZeptoPad for iPad: A full touch-screen white-board application perfect for
freehand mind mapping and creative drawing with support for importing photos.
-Zeptoliner for iPad: An outline processor (*1) which makes it simple to compose
and organize long sentences or documents into traditional outline format.
Zeptoliner supports collaboration, drag and drop line switching, as well as sharing
via email. Zeptoliner is the best selling application at Apple's official web page.

-iShodo for iPad: A calligraphy application which manages to accurately simulate
the detailed characteristics and subtleness of a brush's touch. Related projects are
also planned, such as exporting work for creating original T-shirts .
The screen shots are developmental stage at this time . UEI is currently developing
several more products for the iPad.
